Based on our motto that 'The band that eats together stays together' we're teaming up with Josh Emett to create a FFD influenced menu for a limited number of guests, followed by Canapés and FFD DJ sets for your dancing feet.
Tickets for the main dinner are $100. From 5.30pm we're offering a bespoke menu of lamb shoulders, kai moana, muttonbird and more, with host Dai Henwood.
Then we take over OSTRO'S City Terrace kitchen from 8pm. We'll be throwing down platters of DJ sets whilst cooking and serving our signature Paua Wontons with a range of Canapés chosen from our travels. DJ Fitchie says, "After this feed, you'll need a dance to work it off!"
